MODIMOLLE: Electricity business turnaround progress - Dear local residents
We are now in our next phase of obtaining accurate data from all the residential postpaid customers. Our apologies for the previous estimation but soon, estimations will be something from the past.
We are having a huge data recovery drive on the weekend of 30 November. We will have around 40 staff members (supported by senior municipal staff also) in the field to engage with customers and obtain metering and customer-related information directly on site via house to house visits. We trust you will assist us as we have specially arranged the drive to happen over a weekend so that we are sure to meet with you and get the best data we can.
The better you assist us - the more accurate and better the service delivery is going to be.
