Customer Portal can only be accessed from a computer. Use the link https://modimollemookgophong.netelek.co.za
NetMeter App can only be used on an android smart phone. You can download the app from the Play Store. Use the link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=za.netelek.netmeter
Do you have the right user name and password?
User Name is your account number. Please take note of the "MM" prefix. An example user name: "MM7328563"
Password is your cellphone number. Please take note of the example format - "0827844762". If you have not yet filled in the registration form then we don't have your latest cellphone number so please complete the registration form. If you have any trouble completing the registration form please contact our help desk through firstname.lastname@example.org.
